We met up with the team behind the Star Wars hasbro lines at New York Comic Con to get an early look at their recent major releases, and all of the unannounced items later revealed during the event. We began with a quick look at the latest Darth Vader helmet released six months ago. Black Series helmets started in 2015 with Kylo Ren, followed up in 2016 with a Trooper helmet, in 2017 it was Poe Dameron's Resistance pilot helmet, and this year, Vader. They promise something even better for next year! The helmet comes into four pieces (including cowl and dome) and it even makes the gas sound when putting it together. We saw the SDCCC exclusive again

Hasbro generally use the convention exclusives to get certain figures out early with bonus parts (accessories or creatures) that won't be made available for the main lines. As an example, the Han Solo Exogorth Escape set from SDCC 2018 comes with a Mynock and the breathing apparatus, but that Han Solo figure was later added in the main 6-inch Black Series line without the extras.
And for collectors wanting to fill out sets without spending big on eBay, more figures are being reissued in the newly launched Archives line (first announced in San Diego). The first wave featured Luke Skywalker in his pilot outfit, and three bounty hunters. In Fall 2019, we have the new Yoda and Anakin Skywalker (which comes with the "Darth Vader" face). The last one for Fall 2019 is the Scout Biker Trooper (previously released with a speeder bike).
For you role-play fans, cosplayers, and collectors there's the Riot Control Baton (featuring a real metal handle and movie-accurate sounds) and of course, the three new Force FX lightsabers. This long-running premium lightsaber series was refreshed in 2015 with an accelerometer and relaunched with lightsabers for Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, and Yoda before taking a break in 2018 because they knew in 2019 - for the 20th anniversary of the prequels - they wanted Episode 1 lightsabers for Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Maul (which comes with a connector if you buy two), and the super-rare-the-first-time-around purple Mace Windu lightsaber.
These were all announced this summer at San Diego Comic-Con International (here's everything Hasbro showed us at SDCC 2018) and for the lightsabers, they're now available for pre-sale here. As for the new stuff just revealed at New York Comic Con....

Just prior to NYCC 2018, Hasbro unveiled the Black Series 6-inch Dryden Vos, from Solo: A Star Wars Story at Canada Fan Expo in Toronto, and at Mexico’s Unboxing Toy Convention, unveiled the Han Solo Mimban figure which doubles as a trooper with the helmet on.
Traditionally, Hasbro has kept their reveals to SDCC and NYCC but are reaching out to a global audience with upcoming reveals in London, Paris, and Italy. Only expect a "couple of reveals" at each convention since the larger reveals are still at the 'big two.'
