The Scarlet Witch limited series may feature Vision as a co-star. Marvel Studios is firing on all cylinders on the big screen, after ten years of building the Marvel Cinematic Universe. There's been attempts by Marvel TV to use the brand's popularity to create content on ABC, Netflix, Hulu, and Freeform, but now Marvel Studios and Kevin Feige are getting directly involved. It was previously reported that they were developing limited series' for Disney's upcoming streaming service.
The two series said to be in consideration at first were for Tom Hiddleston's Loki and Elizabeth Olsen's Scarlet Witch. Additional details beyond the returning stars haven't been revealed, but news has now come out that a Falcon and Winter Soldier series is in the works. On the heels of that development, new information has emerged regarding who else may appear in the Scarlet Witch series.

Slash Film reports Paul Bettany's Vision will appear in the Scarlet Witch series. This won't be a supporting or one time appearance either, as this report describes it as a "large part." The role is potentially so large that Slashfilm believes the series may actually be a Scarlet Witch & Vision series that explores their relationship.
Both Scarlet Witch and Vision first appeared in Avengers: Age of Ultron, and Vision's saving of Wanda was the first seed planted that they could eventually become a couple. There time together was further explored in Captain America: Civil War, before the feud ultimately put them on opposite sides. As Avengers: Infinity War showed, they care deeply about one another, so much so that Scarlet Witch was able to destroy the Mind Stone in Vision's skull, resulting in his death - prior to Thanos reversing time and plucking the stone away. Their history and Infinity War's ending immediately raises questions over what this series will actually be if Vision is indeed going to appear. This could be a clue that Vision will also come back to life by the end of Avengers 4. This could be done through time travel or if Shuri managed to download enough of him to bring him back to life.
Of course, the other possibility is that this could be a prequel series. There's two years worth exploring between Civil War and Infinity War, so that could be an option. It would keep Vision's death intact for Infinity War, but give Marvel the opportunity to flesh out his and Wanda's relationship even more in the lead up. The other possibility though could be explained through Scarlet Witch's hex powers. Assuming she is brought back to life in Avengers 4, she could alter reality to bring her love back to life. Wanda has brought back loved ones or created new family members in the comics before, so this could be something a solo series could explore as they build to her crippling mental state. There's some fascinating possibilities in play however Vision gets involved, and it looks like he will be.
