Southern Charm's Naomie Olindo & Chelsea Meissner Leaving Show

Southern Charm season 7 is shaping up to be a much different show than fans expected. Following news of Cameran Eubanks' departure, fellow cast members Naomie Olindo and Chelsea Meissner have announced they also won't be returning for season 7 of the Bravo reality TV show.

On Wednesday, Olindo first dropped a hint about her exit, commenting to Eubanks on Instagram, "I'm so damn proud of you and us @chelseameissner58." A source soon after confirmed to People, "They both told production they weren't returning to the show months ago. Naomi and Chelsea, like Cam, are just tired of the reality TV drama and don't want to live their lives this way." Later, Olindo and Meissner confirmed the news on Instagram Stories.

According to sources at People, the Charleston stars told Bravo "months ago" that they wouldn't return. Another source revealed Olindo's relationship with her boyfriend, Dr. Metul Shah, was also a factor for her exit. "She's seen what reality television can do to relationships and isn't interested in exposing herself again to that kind of scrutiny," the source says. "She's got a great partner in Metul. They are very much in love and there's no reason to mess with that."

Season 6 showed Olindo step back from the group, declining to attend group trips as she focused on her relationship and her Charleston store, L'abeye. Meissner also maintained a day job and kept much of her private life off of the show. Meissner, 34, first appeared on the show in season 3, becoming a full-time cast member in seasons 5 and 6, and Olindo, 27, began appearances in its third season while dating one of the show's stars, Craig Conover, and moved to a full-time star in season 6.

Much to fans' dismay, the news of Olindo and Meissner's exit comes just a few days after Cameran Eubanks revealed in an Instagram comment that she would not be returning to the show for season 7 and denied that rumors of marital trouble was her reason for leaving. Eubanks, whose reality TV resume also includes The Real World, has been a main cast member on the series since its premiere. After a delay in production, the seventh season of Southern Charm is set to premiere sometime late in the year. It is yet to be revealed whether any new cast members will join to fill the void of the ladies lost to this season. Vanderpump Rules started the season with a brand new lineup of SURvers so it wouldn't be that far-fetched for Bravo to do the same for Southern Charm.
