Meghan King Edmonds of The Real Housewives of Orange County is "not ok" amid divorce and cheating scandal. The tall blonde has not been herself since the news broke that her husband was caught sexting with their nanny.
When Meghan King Edmonds first made her debut back on The Real Housewives of Orange County in 2015 on the 10th season of the hit show, she was not a fan favorite due to her acquired personality. She left the franchise after season 12. King Edmonds married Jim Edmonds in October of 2014 and has three young children, daughter, Aspen, and twin boys, Hart, and Hayes. Back in June, the couple nearly split after Meghan found out that Jim had engaged in sexting with another woman. The two were in working through their issues in counseling. Meghan revealed in October that she and her husband of five years have called it quits in a lengthy interview detailing what she calls was an abusive and controlling relationship. After alleging that she had proof of her husband having an affair with their children's nanny, she claims he blindsided her by serving her with divorce papers.
Evidently, King Edmonds is not doing okay as she admitted on her blog that she felt she was too thin according to Us Weekly. In her blog post, she asked that her readers empathize with her situation as she was still struggling to comprehend her divorce. She wrote, "I am not OK. Within the last 5 months I have found out my son [Hart, 17 months] has a lifelong brain injury, my husband had a sexting relationship with another woman, my husband also betrayed me with his inappropriate relationship with a nanny, my husband filed for divorce via the tabloids, the police questioned my fitness as a mother, I took a new job as a podcaster, and I moved into a new home in California so I can devote family time to all of my kids during Hart’s therapy." The Real Housewives of Orange County revealed that all of that has happened within the last 150 days.
King Edmonds revealed, "Some days I want to scream (and I usually do), I get a lot of nerve-related pain that I am constantly trying to cure by releasing my emotional trauma ... and my patience is tested by my kids who are adjusting to our new normal at their own pace and presenting as being extremely needy and whiney." However, King Edmonds is trying to stay positive by accepting a job as a podcaster which will be about sex and relationships. She even took the steps to relocate back to California. The housewife had been criticized in recent comments regarding her weight, she responded to those critisims, saying, "Y’all, I’M SKINNY. I’ve always been thin. For the record, I am naturally thin and I’ve always had a healthy relationship with food. But right now, I am too skinny. I don’t like it."
